Junior Web Developer

We’re looking for a Junior Web Developer to join our growing team. Whether you’re a recent graduate or have some industry experience, if you have a keen interest in web development and technology, we’ll provide the support you need to thrive in this role.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys technical challenges, problem-solving, and customer interaction. You’ll be:
Handling support tickets, troubleshooting customer website issues, and assisting senior team members with more complex requests.
Communicating directly with customers, ensuring queries are resolved efficiently and professionally.
Building and customizing simple WordPress websites, using a visual builder and coding where needed.
Applying your knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP to solve real-world web development challenges.
Collaborating closely with our experienced developers to expand your skills in web development and digital problem-solving.
You don’t need extensive industry experience, but you should have:
Up to two years of experience in web development OR a college or university qualification in a relevant field (e.g. Web Development, Computer Science, Digital Media, IT).
A friendly, professional attitude and the confidence to speak directly with customers.
A passion for problem-solving, coding, and learning new technologies.
Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle, as our office is not easily accessible by public transport.
English fluency – clear, professional communication is key in this role.
Experience with WordPress, PHP, CSS, JavaScript, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or previous customer support experience would be a bonus – but not essential.
